The ACACIA Female Leadership Initiative (AFLI) connects people to people, ideas and resources in order to create effective future leaders, build understanding and facilitate sustainable solutions to problems locally and internationally.

We believe that the most effective way to identify and understand problems and strategies for solutions is from the source. AFLI works to identify and facilitate these opportunities. By connecting and reconnecting people to people, ideas and resources, the people themselves, not the organization, become the source of long-term, sustainable solutions.

We place a special emphasis on growing equal leadership opportunities for women and girls, by working from a community-level approach.
